Arts Impact Ohio 2016:
A statewide conference engaging the creative sector.

Join us in Columbus on May 19, 2016 for Arts Impact Ohio—an opportunity for arts leaders to reflect on the profound impact of the arts on Ohioans and their communities, and expand future potential. Woven into this statewide conference is a wide-range of professional learning experiences based on four interrelated themes: invest, engage, innovate, and lead.

At Arts Impact Ohio you will:

Gain new insights.

Delve into how to increase investments available to artists and organizations from individual, business, and public sector sources.

Learn from each other.

Discover how your local and national peers deepen, broaden, and diversify engagement.

Propel the arts forward.

Create innovative strategies to further advance the impact of the arts in Ohio.

Amplify your leadership.

Increase your capacity to play a broader leadership role in your community, organization, and beyond.

Share your story.

We’ll collect and publish stories of arts impact over the next year using the Ohio Arts Council’s communications platforms.

Thought leaders will join us from across the state and the nation for Arts Impact Ohio. Your participation is an opportunity to learn, share, grow, and go--taking new knowledge and ideas home to put them immediately into practice.

Before you arrive:

"We’ve been charged with by Executive Director Donna Collins to not be the same old talking heads panel conference, and instead, to create an interactive, engaging day that leads to action and innovative change. We’ve created a jam-packed format that follows those instructions," Lead Facilitator, Jerry Yoshitomi, in a briefing memo for all Arts Impact Ohio participants. Download Jerry's Memo here.
