Brian Robinson: Capturing Ohio Landscapes through Pastels

For Dover-based artist and educator Brian Robinson, creating art has always been part of his life. From an early age, his parents encouraged him to cultivate his creativity. Today, Robinson is both a painter and educator who teaches art to students at Massillon’s Tuslaw High School.

Power of Possibility and Education Inspired New Mural at Cincinnati State

A new mural at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College was inspired by the transformational power and promise of education. One of the Ohio’s most recent Percent for Art projects, the mural was a collaboration between Cincinnati State and ArtWorks—a Cincinnati nonprofit dedicated to creating public art and professional opportunities for artists of all ages. It was designed by artist Derek Toebbe.
