A Creative Collaboration Unfolds on Stage: Music and Live Artmaking Combine at the Fitton Center

These are possibilities the Butler Philharmonic Orchestra and visual artist Billy Simms aimed to explore during a collaborative performance at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts on Feb. 1.

Student-Composed Songs Sing Success of Teaching Artist Residency

As part of a TeachArtsOhio teaching artist residency, the Midview High School songwriting class has been working with Cleveland songwriter Brent Kirby to produce “Living in the Moment,” a CD featuring six songs written entirely by the students.
