Ohio Women Vote: Artist Commemorates Ohio’s Role in Ratifying the 19th Amendment with Stripe for Her Flag

Lindsay Dale-Scott, an Ohio illustrator and designer, designed a stripe to be sewn onto an 18-foot-by-26-foot flag commemorating the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment. Her stripe was  added to the flag at a July 21 public performance in Columbus.
