Nominate Today | 2016 Governor's Awards

The Ohio Arts Council is excited to announce that nominations for the 2016 Governor’s Awards for the Arts in Ohio are open. The Governor’s Awards honor Ohio individuals and organizations for their outstanding contributions to the arts locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. The nomination form is available online and will remain open until Friday, October 16, 2015

We hope you will consider nominating a deserving individual or organization in the following categories: Arts Administration, Arts Education, Arts Patron, Business Support of the Arts, Community Development and Participation, Individual Artist, and the Irma Lazarus Award. 

The Governor’s Awards for the Arts in Ohio & Arts Day luncheon ceremony will take place Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in downtown Columbus. Event details will be released in the coming months.
